Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification confirming that your order has shipped.
Please be aware once your order is placed we are unable to update or cancel an order as it is processed by our automated system.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All shipping methods for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping days are calculated in "Business Days".

Standard Delivery*
- Pending availability and credit card verification, orders will arrive within 3-10 business days.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories take additional time.
- Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes.
Express Delivery*
- Pending availability and credit card verification, orders placed before 1 pm (ET) will arrive within 2-3 business days.
- Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes.
Next Business Day*
- Pending availability and credit card verification, orders placed before 1 pm (ET) will arrive within 1 business day.
- Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clientservices@sachinandbabi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All sales are final | No Refunds - No Returns.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clientservices@sachinandbabi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
